CRM delivery questions, answered
Does it work with my CRM (VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, DriveCentric)?
Yes — because we deliver in ADF/XML, the standard lead format those systems read, your leads land as native new-lead records. If you’d rather receive them by API, webhook, email, or SFTP, we support those too. CRM names are compatibility examples, not a formal certification.
How do the leads actually get in?
You pick a method: ADF/XML (drops in as a new lead), API or webhook (real-time push to your system), email (ADF to a monitored inbox), or SFTP (scheduled secure file drops). Most dealers start with ADF email because it needs no setup.
Do I need IT or a developer?
Not for the email route — you add our delivery address to your CRM and you’re done in minutes. API, webhook, and SFTP options are available if your team wants a direct connection, but they’re optional.
How fast does a lead arrive?
Soft pull leads are delivered in real time as they qualify, so they reach your CRM within minutes rather than as a next-day list — while the buyer is still in-market.
Can I get leads by email or file instead of an integration?
Yes. ADF email needs zero setup, and SFTP file drops are available for teams that prefer scheduled batch imports. You’re never forced into a technical integration.
What happens if a lead fails to deliver?
Delivery is monitored, and we can re-send or fall back to email so a qualifying lead isn’t lost. You confirm a test lead during setup so you can see the flow working before you go live.
